Dr. Jerri Lynn Hogg

Media Psychologist. Author. Speaker. Researcher. Consultant. Professor.

Jerri Lynn holds degrees in communication, information management, and psychology with an emphasis in media. She is a professor in the media psychology program at Fielding Graduate University, 2015 president of the American Psychological Association’s Society for Media Psychology and Technology, co-creator of fielding’s certificate in brand psychology and audience engagement, serves on the advisory board for UC Irvine’s Internet Marketing Certificate Program and co-author of Mad Men Unzipped.

Her Passion

She integrates her passion for visual communications, technology, and digital environments with research to advance the understanding of media and technologies' positive use and their physical, visual, cognitive, and emotional impact.

Her focus includes augmented and virtual environment design solutions and imagery messaging for positive change. Jerri Lynn is currently working with IEEE for standards in virtual reality and augmented reality.
